We believe that it is important to see our customers face to face and to let them know that we are available to them and to their customers. Our outside sales people are all knowledgeable and trained to understand our products and their applications. We are available to meet with our products end user to ensure that the product is exactly what is needed. Our inside sales persons are all capable of generating pricing and layouts of our truss systems and for our custom stairs. We are committed to having a staff large enough to provide accurate pricing and to provide it in a timely manner. We usually return faxed and phone quotes to our customers within 24 hours. Blueprint quotes are usually returned in one week or less.
